How many shoes fit in one bag?
One shoe per bag. For a pair, choose the 2-bag pack – that's why it's our most popular option. The bag fits most adult sneakers and trainers.
Which shoes can I wash?
Canvas, mesh, knit and most synthetic sneakers and trainers. Don't machine-wash leather, suede, nubuck or shoes with glued-on decorations – always check the care label first.
Which wash cycle should I use?
A gentle or delicates cycle at 30°C with a low spin speed and liquid detergent. Take out the insoles and loosen the laces for the best result.
Can I tumble dry my sneakers?
No – let them air dry at room temperature. Stuff them with paper to help them keep their shape.
How do I clean the bag?
Shake out any dirt, rinse it and let it air dry. It's reusable wash after wash.
